The purpose of the website is to give you the resources that you need to help make the most out of home ownership, regardless if it’s your primary residence, vacation home or an investment property.
In my 30 years of lending, I’ve seen a LOT of changes! When I first started, we didn’t have computers or fax machines! I’ve watched mortgage interest rates go from 17% all the way down to 3.50%. I’ve witnessed the impact of the Credit Scoring Model and saw the pros & cons of “No Doc” loans.
Not that any of this makes me an expert in home ownership but it does give me access to a lot of resources that I’d like to pass on to you.
